Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Ten minutes from the center on foot, the house enjoys a privileged panoramic and quiet position, an excellent starting point for trips and numerous excursions a few hundred meters from the entrance of the Provincial State Road.

Apartment located in the Residence Rododendro, town of Passo San Pellegrino, shared by Moena (Tn), passage that connects Falcade (Bl) to Moena. It is 1,918m above sea level, in a location with excellent snow, with downhill ski lifts 150 metres away and within walking distance, and the cross-country ski slope just across the road. Great starting point for wonderful excursions. It is also often used by my family and so we want it to be welcoming.
