The place is peaceful and close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, 5 minutes by car or bike. Marennes beach is a 10-minute walk away. Oléron is 10 minutes' drive, the Royan coast 25 minutes. Located close to the marshes and the beach which is 1 km away. Bike lanes are on the edge of the property 300 m from the accommodation.

Its central location between Royan and La Rochelle makes it easy to visit all the riches of the department such as the islands of Ré, Oléron, Aix, the cities of Châtelaillon, Fouras, Rochefort, Saintes or to simply enjoy the Charente coast (Ronce-les-Bains, La Palmyre...)
