This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, as we both work full time.

Start your morning with coffee, rocking on the porch and bird watching over the pond. Spend the day exploring Berlin, Millersburg or Mohican (all within a very short drive). As the day turns into night, enjoy gooey marshmallows over the campfire while listening to the bullfrogs sing.

The Lux is our largest and most luxurious tiny home. At 32 foot long, it looks striking from a distance. The butterfly roof and accent walls give you a hint of what to expect when you walk in. The Lux has all the basics you’d expect for a luxurious stay: full bathroom with running water (not a composting toilet) a full kitchen, heat/AC, fast wifi & a memory foam queen size bed. But it’s what you wouldn’t expect in a tiny home that will get you.

Mohican Cabin Private Getaway

Your own private cabin in the woods! A great getaway adjacent to Mohican State Forest and Mohican area activities. There is no TV in the cabin, so you can enjoy the natural setting of the cabin without distraction. NOTE: there is a walking path and steps to get to the cabin, steps up to the front door, and an open staircase to the sleeping loft. The driveway to the cabin is up hill and gravel, accessible by all cars in the Spring/Summer/Fall.
