Idyllic house in the countryside only 15 min drive from Torget

Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and child-friendly residence. Large terrace with sunshade and large living room (living room) of over 60 m2. The garden is open and convenient for playing. There is almost no traffic in the area while there are several good bus services. Great hiking trails in the forest that is nearby. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. 4 parking spaces + access to electric car charger. Children's equipment (see last picture) can be arranged for a small addition to the price.

Recharge in this unique and quiet place - right by the fjord. Enjoy the view, relax, go for a fishing trip, go hiking, go on a mushroom or berry ride, take "home office", go skiing, or play golf. In the summer there are long bright nights and in the winter you may be fortunate enough to see the northern lights. Access to the sea. Short way into Trondheim city centre (about 20 minutes by car to Ila). Great advantage with car. Few bus departures. The house has 6 beds (double beds) divided into three rooms.

Four bedrooms, big living room from 2021 with a huge couch and large dinner table for eight persons. Newly refurbished kitchen, newly refurbished bathroom with steam shower, toilet room on ground floor, and a big hall. WiFi, 65" TV screen, AC. Free parking for up to five cars. Several grocery stores a few minutes walk away.

From the house it is 5 minutes to the bus and store. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the city center.
