Central and functional apartment on two floors in Moholt, Trondheim. Good bus connections to, among other places, the city center and Lerkendal, as well as the airport bus to Værnes. 25 min walk to the city center, 15 min to Lerkendal. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, where stairs must be used. Therefore not suitable for wheelchair users. The apartment consists of a hallway, bedroom, bathroom, as well as an open kitchen and living room solution on the 1st floor. Upstairs with loft, bed and office space. One bed 150 cm width, one 120 cm, plus a double sofa bed.

House in Singsaker, Trondheim

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

The house is about 5 min walking distance from the airport bus stop Berg Studentby.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
