Accommodation with view, garden, breakfast basket

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Gîte de La Bascule

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. La Bascule is a hamlet of Chastellux, located between Avallon and Lormes.

"Mid-scent" cottage in the heart of Vézelay

The cottage is located in the heart of the village, close to restaurants, hiking trails, the basilica of Vézelay. It is on one level, large (55 m2) and bright. You will appreciate the comfortable beds, the height of the ceilings, the seating area, the equipped kitchen. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families with one child (baby equipment on request) and four-legged companions. Small inner courtyard common with the owner.

5 minutes from all amenities . Rural atmosphere in this working farmhouse, located between forest and canal . Take the time to walk, walk, bike or horseback. Then rest; a master suite will welcome you: bedroom bed for 2 people, living room with clic-clac (register 3 people if you need sheets for the 2nd bed), private bathroom (linen provided). The Gué Maraud gîte, ideal for 2–3 people, has been completely renovated in 2023. It is located in a small detached house on the owners' property, in Morvan Park. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with beautiful views of the countryside or the many stars in our region, children's games and a covered and heated swimming pool in season (May-October). Breakfast basket delivered on request. Our animal friends are welcome.
