Elandsvlei Estate Chalet

This beautiful secluded 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom chalet overlooks a peaceful dam surrounded by wildlife. There is a lapa next to the chalet with a fire pit, as well as a picnic deck with breath-taking views overlooking the water-lily covered dam and a beach! The Chalet is located on a 3000 ha private game farm between Mookgphong (Naboomspruit) and Vaalwater with giraffes, buffalo, eland, kudu, gemsbok, zebra, wildebeest, and many other species. Game drives are available for an additional fee.

The farm is located halfway Thabazimbi and Vaalwater along a 50km dirt road.

Enjoy the cottage hot tub, the tranquility of the bush, walking trails, spectacular game drives, game viewing on horseback, kids pony rides, our heated pool, astronomy shows, and our family friendly facilities. Butterfly cottage itself is a thatched cottage in our game area.
