A wonderful little hidden gem on a wonderful island in a wonderful lake! Floriana's house was a perfect place to stay on Monte Isola, we liked it so much that we extended the stay over several weeks. The quietness on the island, the sound of the water directly in front of the house, the wind on the lake, the many options for walks all over the island, the beautiful olive groves, villages and churches - and all of it carfree. We definitely fell in love with the island and will be back more than once...Thank you very much for sharing this very special place, Floriana!

Great experience, very beautifully decorated house, lots of entertainment facilities, great care.If you have the opportunity, be sure to try the dinner prepared by the host in the garden, and then go to the hostess to see her small animals in the back of the hill.

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

With a group of ten people we had a fantastic stay at the beautiful authentic villa. The house has all the comforts and clean. Cristina is a super host who was available for questions both before and during the stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ceasar and neighbor Timo was always available for questions. The only point of attention is that you are awakened every morning at 7 a.m. by the bells of the (also beautiful) church next to the villa. On Sunday morning, however, there was a beautiful church song opposite, which we enjoyed from the lovely swimming pool.

We had a fantastic week at the villa on Lake Garda! The accommodation is ideal for larger groups – we were there with 16 people and felt completely comfortable. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great pool, the well equipped kitchen and the breathtaking view of Lake Garda. The villa is very well maintained and offers plenty of space to relax in. A small drawback was the partly unstable wifi, but it hardly affected our vacation. Overall an absolute recommendation – we'd come back anytime!

the villa is very nice, equipped with every comfort, clean and with a beautiful garden. Each bedroom has a very nice balcony/terrace. Everything is elegant, both the furnishings and the spaces. It is conveniently located for the highway entrance and also the various shopping malls/supermarkets nearby. Everything was okay!

I have been using Airbnb for a long time and to date this has been the best house we have booked. The home itself is so beautiful and spacious. The pool was wonderful. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The hosts went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. The area is beautiful and we found lots to do. If you are thinking about booking this property, you can’t go wrong. It exceeded our expectations 🥰

A beautiful old villa in a dream location right on the water - nothing else is possible

We were group of 19 people, had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this House. Betty was constantly in touch with us and gave countless tips. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend the Villa.

Beautiful, clean and uncluttered, newer construction, nicely appointed, private and very secure home, in a quiet neighbourhood. Some great restaurants that were recommended are within walking distance. Amenities as listed on the Airbnb profile were exactly as described, there were no surprises. The in-ground pool is also very private and was a welcome feature we used most evenings that helped provide some relief from the summer heat. Our host, Markus, was very accommodating, friendly, and provided prompt and courteous responses to any questions we had.

We had a great time in this place. The view is stunning and worth the steep route going up the mountain to get in or get out of the property.. Marzia is a great host. She responded to all our questions and provided a guide of restaurants and things to do. I’d recommend people with an interest to stay a lot in the property to come here because of its beauty and its high location.

Such a beautiful place very airy extremely clean extremely helpful host I couldn’t have asked for more. We are a team of designers that were staying at the property for Milan design week and I have to say the Properties photos online don’t do justice for the place when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was definitely five stars for this property and I am definitely staying there next year with my full team again

We don’t know where to start!!! This was the most amazing holiday we have ever experienced! Perfect doesn’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived it was beyond our expectations. Giulia was like our own personal concierge, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We celebrated our anniversary, she and Carlotta prepared the most perfect private meal for us! From check-in to checkout, it was the most special experience ever! All we have to say is tears were shed when we left….we will be back very soon! Great house for a family vacation near Lake Garda. Highly recommended. Diogo is very friendly and responsive. Only thing to note is that the parking is a bit far from the house (~100m).

It was very pleasant to stay at Alexia's Villa. The house is equipped with all amenities and services. Honorable mention for the kitchen, very large and super equipped, and for the 3 full bathrooms, which allow you to experience the house in a practical way even for groups of 8-9 people, as was ours. Alexia proved to be a capable and super helpful host, very kind and flexible on check-in/check-out times. The villa is located in a very quiet and peaceful setting and a few minutes' drive from the town center, so it is also very convenient for reaching supermarkets and restaurants. The property is also in a strategic location for reaching nearby towns, such as Salò and Desenzano, both about a 20-minute drive away. Super positive experience, highly recommended!!!

it was a super nice area, quiet. by car fifteen minutes from como lake. the house was beautiful, a veranda with a great view of the mountains and it was also pleasant to stay if it was too hot outside. we felt right at home. the family was extremely welcoming, they are ready to help you with all kinds of questions. even when we had to go to the hospital they helped us well. for anyone looking for peace and a beautiful area, we highly recommend this airbnb

Our stay here was incredible! The views are unmatched. It was very affordable compared to other places in the area. It perfectly accommodated 8 of us each having a bed to sleep in. Deborah is very responsive and helpful! There are some restaurants that are walking distance but you almost have to have a car for this area! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

Very nice and modern equipped house. In addition, a large property with a lot of privacy. The house is located on the mountain, if you are good on foot, you can walk to Menaggio in about 30 minutes. Otherwise, you have to use your car or the bus. We were completely satisfied

We had a wonderful stay! The Pool & Jacuzzi were absolute highlights – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay all the more pleasant. The location and the view are fantastic – quiet and idyllic. The contact with the landlord was also great: very quick and helpful answers to all questions. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!
