Logement impeccable. Cependant, pour l’hiver, comme aujourd’hui en janvier, le chauffage central (dans le salon) est disponible et fonctionne pour chauffer, mais le chauffage de la salle de bain et de la chambre ne fonctionne pas (à réparer et vérifier pour les prochains vacanciers). Sinon, dans l’ensemble, l’emplacement et l’appartement sont paisibles, et nous sommes satisfaits pour une courte séjour. Merci ☺️

Bel appartement propre et bien placé en centre-ville avec station de louage et magasin à proximité. Très bon échange avec Hajer et soucieuse du bien être de ses voyageurs, pour cela merci. Le seul petit bémol était le bruit des coq en bas de l’immeuble, cela résonne énormément et peu perturbé votre sommeil. Mais j’ai apprécié voyager dans cet appartement qui était à la hauteur de mes attentes. À bientôt

Agréable séjour Alhem est une hôte très agréable accueillante très réactif au message. Dans une résidence calme et sécurisé à 10-12min du centre de sousse à 10 min du mall.

Très beau logement très spacieux bien décoré bien chauffé l'hiver avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Il est très calme la literie est confortable et la vue sur la mer très appréciable. Il est très bien situé et facile d'accès. L'hôte est très réactif et sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Emplacement numéro 1 pour ce studio très bien aménagement avec du mobilier très confortable ! Vous ferez tout à pied à 2 pas de la plage et de la marina ! Une superbe terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur les jardins ! C’est toujours un plaisir d’y séjourner

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Ahmed. Le logement est très propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Ahmed s'est montré très réactif et flexible concernant les horaires de check-in, ce qui a facilité notre arrivée. De plus, l'appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité du centre-ville. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.​

where do I start...this beautiful home was a tranquil paradise so peaceful and the surroundings spoke to my soul,I made amazing memories for my birthday and fantastic Romantic memories with my husband, we loved the Rooftop terrace in the mornings,the bedding and towels and apartment smelt amazing and we had everything we needed to cook,clean and if I needed Anything Marjorie's and Nedia was available to assist,we loved relaxing around the pool and honestly enjoyed the privacy of the location,your only 10 minutes away in car from local shops and supermarkets and restaurants also plenty of coffee shops,I give this experience 10 stars and I will be returning again many times.

Hezké místo a ubytování.Majitelka je velice milá a hodná žena.Bazén,obchody a restaurace..... vše bylo v těsné blízkosti ubytování.Musim pochválit i uklízečky a muže , který tam pracoval a byl vždy ochotný a vstřícný.Majitelka byla se mnou ve spojení a pokaždé se ptala,jak se mám a jestli něco nepotřebuji.Vrátím se sem znovu velice ráda.

Je me joins aux autres commentaires pour témoigner de notre séjour : Nous avons séjourné deux semaines. Le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. L'immeuble / jardin / piscine sont neufs et très bien entretenu. Les photos de présentation de la location correspondent parfaitement à ce que vous constaterez en arrivant sur place. Il n'y a aucune mauvaise surprise. La localisation est idéale entre la plage à 10 min à pied et la route principale au bout de la rue donne un accès direct et une facilité de déplacement entre Sousse / Hergla. Il y à un bon petit café/restaurant ainsi qu'une petite supérette à proximité si besoin (10-15 min à pied). Pour les "grosses courses", la voiture est à privilégier (Mall de Sousse). Naila et Fethi sont des hôtes très chaleureux et accueillants, bourrés de petites attentions qui pour moi font la différence par rapport à d'autres offres du meme type. Toujours à disposition, toujours avec le sourire, ils vous feront un plaisir de vous donner les bons plans pour découvrir la région et de vous conseiller quel que soit le sujet en cas de besoin. Les qualités humaines se dégradants de manière générale nos jours, je tenais vraiment à souligner ce point car nous avons fait une très belle rencontre. Ce sont vraiment de belles personnes. Si vous cherchez un endroit au calme, propre avec de l'intimité et bienveillant, loin des hôtels all inclusives bruyants avec un risque accru de vous décevoir, en fait ne cherchez pas plus loin. I join the other comments to attest to our stay: We stayed two weeks. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. The building/ garden/ pool are new and very well maintained. The photos of presentation of the rental perfectly match what you will find when you arrive on site. There are no bad surprises. The location is ideal between the beach a 10 min walk and the main road at the end of the street gives direct access and ease of travel between Sousse/ Hergla. There is a good small café/restaurant and a small supermarket nearby (10-15 min walk). For the "big shop", the car is preferred (Mall of Sousse). Naila and Fethi are very warm and welcoming hosts, full of small attentions that make the difference for me compared to other offers of the same type. Always at your disposal, always with a smile, they will be happy to give you the good plans to discover the region and to advise you whatever the subject in case of need. Human qualities are generally degrading nowadays, I really wanted to emphasize this point because we had a very nice meeting. They are really beautiful people. If you are looking for a quiet, clean place with privacy and caring, away from noisy all inclusive hotels with an increased risk of disappointing yourself, in fact look no further.

L’appartement, récent et spacieux, offre un cadre idéal, avec le plaisir de se réveiller au son des vagues. La plage, située juste au pied de l’immeuble, est facilement accessible.

It was a great place to stay and the host is incredibly kind. Well worth the price. The apartment in centrally located with good restaurants, shops, and close to a louage route. Would definitely stay here again!
