Now it is an attractive, comfortable holiday home with private terrace, adjacent to a large communal mediterranean garden with pool, 4km to fishing village Fuseta, beach and lagoons of Ria Formosa.

Monte do Cansado is a small country house with a magnificent view over the hills of Tavira. With 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a huge open-space kitchen and a large sunny terrace it is ideal for beach or hiking holidays in the eastern Algarve. Quintinha is a family farm with approximately 3 hectares located in Quelfes, a rural village 3 km from Olhão and 9 km from Fuzeta. It was rehabilitated a part of the housing area that originated an independent dwelling with exclusive swimming pool. This new space for guest use has been designed to provide a peaceful stay in the countryside but also promotes a lively atmosphere around the swimming pool and the barbecue.
