The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernised by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

Rügen: Relax and unwind on the largest island in Germany! We live centrally on the Mönchgut peninsula in the southeast of the island. In our house we rent out this apartment, among other things. Many regular guests have already become friends. We'd love to welcome you! Wi-Fi, spa cards for free use of public buses, incl. Bed linen and hand and bath towels. Welcome to our newly renovated apartment in an optimal location and set back from the beach road in the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren on Rügen! Living room on the 1st floor with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed, a separate bedroom for a total of max. 4 people. Balcony with seasonal sea views (you always hear the sound... ). A well behaved dog allowed (cleaning +25 euros on site).

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
