Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Es gibt eine große, sonnige Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, einen Relax-Garten, einen Schlafbereich, ein Esszimmer und ein separates Duschbad. Die Küche beinhaltet alle Utensilien für den täglichen Bedarf. Der Naturcampingplatz ist der perfekte Ort für Ruhe und Erholung. Für kalte Tage ist eine Heizung vorhanden.

Our cottage is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Rügen....Mönchgut. The house is situated in the middle of a small and quiet wine farm settlement. Within walking distance of the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, you can walk to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. By bike you can easily explore the area. A beautiful place to make holidays!

The small former fischermen´s viallage Neu Reddevitz is situated in the beautiful biosphere reserve Southeast-Rügen. There are only 70 m between the house and the stony calm beach. It is located in a hidden area in the middle of our garden.
