Unser Ferienhaus ist ein kleines saniertes Austragshäuschen, verbunden mit einem Gewächshaus/Wintergarten und umgeben von Obstbäumen und Tieren. Unsere Kinder nehmen euch gerne mit auf einen kleinen Hofrundgang zu den Tieren. Es gibt Hühner, Schafe, Ziegen, Hasen, Meerschweinchen, Gänse, Ponys, Hunde, Wachteln, Katzen, Kühe und Kälber. Gerne könnt ihr auch Ponyreiten oder einen Ausritt buchen.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern conveniences. The apartment has about 80 sqm with a total of two bedrooms, a large and bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom including shower. In addition, a balcony and free parking on the premises are available. The apartment is located in the center of the Ries Geopark with only about 10 km away from the famous old town of Nördlingen.

It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.
