Access to the leisure base and its activities included in the rental. 35m2 chalet, 15m2 covered terrace, garden, swimming pools(see website of the leisure base for schedules and modalities in summer season and out of season)/swimming lake/slides/fishing lakes/Waterfun (paying extra because activities independent of the base), entertainment and food truck within the residence in summer season.

This charming 2-room will seduce you with its beautiful bright 25 m2 living room with fully equipped kitchen. It is also composed of a separate toilet, a laundry area and a 15 m2 bedroom containing a bathroom and a dressing room. The living room also contains a desk and lounge. Guests are asked to do a courtesy cleaning.

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
