At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

In the historic heart of Caen, next to the town hall and the Abbey of Men, fully renovated old apartment of 65 m2, bright ground floor overlooking courtyard and garden, including a fully equipped open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bed bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub. A south-facing terrace overlooking a sunny enclosed garden, parking possible in the courtyard. Television, Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen provided.

Favorite, right in the center of Caen.

2 room apartment, under garret, warm, bright very quiet with view on the gardens of the MERCURE hotel. Sleeps two people, + sofa bed in the living room. It is located a 15-minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from the castle and Abbey of Les Dames, and 50 meters from the marina with its many bars and restaurants, and the must-see market on Sunday mornings .
