The residence is located within a natural oasis, characterised by the presence of several natural ponds known as the 'Laghi di Sovenigo'. The property is located a stone's throw from the centre of Salò (about 4 km on foot and about 7 km by car), and access to the flat is directly linked to the Valtenesi cycle path (Lonato–Salò).
