This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

Perfect location 10 minutes from UGA Sanford Stadium and downtown, just 3 minutes from UGA Veterinary School in a quiet neighborhood whit a natural setting but within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. You can walk to the bus stop and also to the Oconee River.

Away Game Cabin

20 minutes from Sanford Stadium (Georgia Bulldog Stadium). It is a wood sided house and has a cabin appearance. There is a small spring 60 yards behind the house that creates a tributary creek to the Appalachee River. I took down the bunk beds and left the bottom bunk as a twin in the spare bedroom upstairs.
