Stunning view on villefranche bay

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Wonderfull view and... Charme à la française !

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

New installed Aircondion. The building is situated in a quiet gated community only 12 minutes walk from the harbour. The pool area is accessible just outside of the apartment.

A stone's throw from the castle hill (and its beautiful view of the Bay of Angels), beaches, Old Nice and the flower market Direct access by tram 2 (Port Lympia terminus) from the airport or tram 1 from the train station (Garibaldi).

Beautiful flat in the heart of Villefranche.

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.

It’s a small renovated and well-equipped flat very close to the Port, Place du Pin and the Old Nice. The toilet is shared with a one-bedroom maximum traveler and is cleaned daily if both bedrooms are occupied. Located under the roofs, on the fifth floor without elevator access. Close to the Port and shops. 35 m2 apartment renovated in July 2020 with taste, very quiet, because it is located on the courtyard side.
