Beautiful 37 m² apartment, on the 3rd and top floor. Located in the center, close to the thermal baths and all amenities, it consists of an entrance, a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped US kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm mezzanine bed. Mezzanine not suitable for small children. A bathroom with shower and toilet. South facing with unobstructed views of the mountains and the park! Bed linen rental €10, end-of-stay cleaning €40.

The views are breathtaking: large waterfall, Puy de Sancy, Capucin. It consists of a hallway distributing an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The building has a garden, a shared ski room and a spacious but non-private parking lot.
