For nature lovers, 2 km from the ski resort and Mont-Dore, stunning views of the Massif du Sancy/Capucin (large sliding bay window on terrace). Renovated in 2019, integrated kitchen, living room with closed fireplace. Self-managed, cleaning to be done at the start, otherwise to be booked with the concierge. 5 people maximum.

The village of Murat-le-Quaire perched above the Haute Dordogne valley and overlooked by the extinct volcano of the Banne d'Ordanche: exceptional panorama guaranteed! There is also a peaceful body of water. It is located 2 km from La Bourboule, 6 km from Mont-Dore and its ski resort, 40 min from Vulcania and Puy-de-Dôme.

Located in the center, close to the thermal baths and all amenities, it consists of an entrance, a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped US kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm mezzanine bed. Mezzanine not suitable for small children. A bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer this lovely 36 m² apartment located on the third floor of a small building very close to the city center of the elegant spa town of Mont-Dore. The views are breathtaking: large waterfall, Puy de Sancy, Capucin. It consists of a hallway distributing an equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The building has a garden, a shared ski room and a spacious but non-private parking lot.

Towels, linens and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.
