Roman Steps gently lead into the pool which is 8m x 3.3m with a depth from 1m to 1.4m. Heating to 28 degrees is in the price all year.

Both have a sink and toilet. The alfresco dining area is perfect for outdoor meals. Private, heated swimming pool. Guests also have access to the 24m communal pool (unheated).

Our house is close to the sea, beaches and the bus stop, where you can catch the bus that takes you to Playa Blanca in 5 minutes. It is the perfect place for relaxing holidays for couples or families with kids, and a wonderful temperature also during winter. The outdoor patio is well protected against the wind. The house is fully equipped with TV, WiFi, barbecue, heated swimming pool, and furnished as comfortable as possible, as this is where we spend our holidays, when we come to Lanzarote.

The house is around 45 m ² and has a living/dining room and a sleeping area, which is visually delimited by a wall. The living area merges with a sliding glass door into an east-facing terrace with garden views. Furthermore there is a sun spot surrounded by a natural stone wall, wind-protected and south-facing sun square as well as a small terrace with a brick barbecue.

With two cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and all utensils. The pool is heated, the temperature will be set at 22 degrees and if you want to raise the temperature to 26 degrees, the service will have an extra cost.
