Between town and country, small 40 m² house, adjoining ours, with its small garden. Independent entrance, parking space in front. Restored former farmhouse cottage

Lodge of about 50 m2 in an old restored farmhouse. Completely renovated, it consists of a living room, an adjoining kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (140 cm bed). The gite adjoins the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You may park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy apartment with exposed beams, completely renovated in an old farmhouse. The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people: one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a dining/office area, TV and WiFi. Parking is available on site and a bicycle room. Bakery, restaurant and supermarket within walking distance. Perfect location for walks or bike tours along the canal.
