All shops and restaurants are steps away from the house. The Rivieralp leisure centre with its ecological swimming area is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an additional charge of 8 euros.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, such as Dolce Gusto coffee maker, combined oven, fridge and dishwasher. Unsecured steep staircase, beware of small children. No parties or family gatherings. Non-smoking loft. No pets.

I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for everyone's sake! following VERY unpleasant surprises (marriages in particular) do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum!
