We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, canoeing, cycling. The next ski resorts are about one hour drive. We speak English

Welcome to our wooden house built in 2022, ideally located between Lake Annecy and the town of St Jorioz. Lake and shops accessible between 5 and 10 minutes on foot or by bike. Enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains from the large terrace. Bike path just down the alley. Access to Annecy by the cycle path (9km along the lake), by car (15 mins) or by bus (direct line from the train station). House for 6 people and optional adjoining apartment for 2 people (enter 8 guests in the booking).

Enclosed land 300m2 with south-facing terrace. Quiet and friendly area. Annecy is at the other end of the lake. All shops in Doussard (5' by bike via the track)..Lake, mountain, cycling activities!

Our cottage is located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains in the town of Montcel. You'll be between the lake and the mountains. We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.
