Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges, and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Family home renovated in 2017. With friends or family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, you hardly need to go out... but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... Beware of the many ponds, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in the way of small children or people with reduced mobility.

Come and stay in this magnificent renovated barn, which is over 300 years old. There is a microclimate of relaxation, calm and a very special holiday, with a heavenly view! A touch of Provence in the Chartreuse, in short! I live in this house and vacate it when I have a booking so that you can have it to yourselves. You therefore have access to the whole house except for my bedroom and my garage. However, I do leave my cats, Roxy and Gribouille, behind.

Beautiful single-story air-conditioned house near the lake

House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
