You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

At the foot of the classified village, stop on the way to Santiago de Compostela, Lauzerte is located in the Tarn and Garonne at the gates of the Lot. I offer you, quietly, a charming 28m2 studio in an old building from the middle of the 19th century, where I live. You will have your independent entrance with a view of the garden where you can enjoy your meals . This accommodation is suitable for a couple and also with a baby (bed upon request). Forming part of a large property hidden away from the outside world. The house sits on the edge of beautifully landscaped gardens with private pool, summer kitchen and pétanque pitch all leading down to the private lake, setting the backdrop for an amazing holiday home. The village of Cazals, a 500m stroll away, boasts a super market every Sunday , 12 months of the year, as well as an award winning boulangerie, farm shop, restaurants., etc..

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Cottage in the countryside

Small cottage among the vineyards, next to my house but not overlooked. Composed of a bedroom area, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet, separated by curtains. A covered terrace and plenty of green space. No pets allowed: there is a cat and a dog roaming freely. The bed will be prepared for your arrival and linens are provided. Village and shops 6 km away. Lake Montcuq 4 km. No wifi but network Cleaning fee included.

Gîte Bulle, for wine lovers

Bulle is for people who love wine! This old wine barn has been tastefully restored into a holiday home for two people, blending medieval architecture, modern comfort and a wine theme in perfect harmony. It is beautifully positioned on a rock, in the Bastide village of Flaugnac, allowing you to enjoy great views on to the valley below and the surrounding hills.
