Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope you bring good luck to couples as it was for my grandparents🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

Next to the building is a set of stairs that takes you down to the main piazza in Lerici in 5 minutes. The main square is full of restaurants, bars ice cream shops and everything you may need. In a private pine and holm oak, camphor and strawberry tree forest, among rosemary and oleander, a house on three independent levels, designed and built in the 1960s by the architect Luisa Castiglioni according to modernist canons, opens to the view of the mouth of the Magra river and the Apuan Alps whitened by marble. The house can only be reached on foot: you park in the area inside the property, near the vegetable garden and, through a hundred steps among the trees, you reach the house.
