Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Monte San Pietro

Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

Isabella's AirBnB is really beautiful, the view is a dream. We felt really comfortable here. Isabella and co. were accommodating, very friendly and helpful in all matters. Glad to come back!

Lovely place and host !

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.

We had a great time and recovered very much. From there you can easily and quickly get to the nearest sights and cities with a rental car and also for shopping

The setting of this house in an olive grove is perfect. Hosts very helpful ! Sunrise was beautiful. House so comfortable and accommodating. Grocery and restaurants very accessible. I want to return!!!

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

The property exceeded our expectations . A clean and quiet apartment with a fantastic terrace area to sit outside. The location was perfect for us as it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of town. There are a number of great local cafes on the walk to the centre and truly amazing architecture on the way. Roberta was always responsive with any enquiries we had and check in went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bologna!

Caterina's house was absolutely beautiful! It was even better than the photos, clean and stylish with a great atmosphere. The location was perfect, with close access to nearby attractions. Caterina was such a gracious host—very kind, welcoming, and classy. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it!

Very well located apartment for quick access to the train station and the city center, comfortable, very quiet, extremely clean and perfectly equipped. Franca very cordially welcomed us and took the time to give us advice ( restaurants, shops, visits). Thank you for everything.

We loved the private apartment within walking distance of the city center and sights,( being near the station was handy for day trips to Pisa and Florence considering the parking situation), everything was super clean and well equipped, with very personal attention. And Nonna‘s welcome cake was a treat! ❤️

An amazing apartment for kids! It is located in the main center of the city.

Mr. Aldo welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. He explained everything clearly, from using the kitchen to opening the balcony door, ensuring a smooth stay. What stood out was his thoughtful hospitality. He provided water, juice, fresh fruits, bread, jam, butter, and both Italian and American-style coffee, which made us feel truly pampered. The accommodation was cozy and inviting, with Asian-style fans, paintings, and antique plates, making it feel like a local’s home rather than a hotel. Despite my sensitivity to noise, it was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed. Mr. Aldo assured me he would handle any noise issues, which gave me peace of mind. If I visit Bologna again next year, I’d definitely stay here again. The warm hospitality made it feel like I was experiencing the local way of life. Antonio's apartment is in a very convenient location, it is well furnished and cozy, more beautiful live than in the photos. Antonio was available and accurate. Absolutely recommended.

Apartment as described, stocked with all the essentials. Convenient area for visiting the historic center as well as very close to all the essential services. Josefina was immediately very kind in meeting our needs. We had a great stay.

a very nice and attentive person, she speaks very good French and advised us very well to find a restaurant. She gave our daughter a little chicken and chocolates because it was Easter weekend, a charming attention and had prepared a basket for our dog. We were very well received. As for the accommodation, it is very spacious, well appointed, there is absolutely everything you need, nothing is missing. The environment is very quiet and there are nice walks to take. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay, the only feedback we have is that the shower in the main bathroom is only either v hot water or v cold, nothing else. If this is just down to the way you do it, it would be good to have instructions as it was a problem for us.

Very nice and clean house. Good location. Very well equipped and equipped with everything you need, toilet paper, soap, even coffee sugar and everything you need. Unique parking is not easy to find and the noise of the building, a little annoying given the ground floor. Overall recommended.
