La casa pur essendo circondata dal bosco e vigne dista solo 2’ in auto (15’a piedi) dalla fermata del bus e da pizzeria, Tearoom, bar. 15’ in auto dal centro di Bellinzona. It is considered a strategic town, a few kilometers from Lugano and numerous tourist attractions (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, Mountain Bike excursions, Monte Tamaro, etc.). Close to many services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, post offices and pharmacies. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main public transport (bus and train) and highway entrances.

Il Grottino

The "grottino" (NL-00003565) is a small independent house consisting of two rooms: on the ground floor the living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, on the first floor the sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, a private parking space is available a few meters away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery with a large garden for guests. 16 km from Lake Lugano, 12 km from Bellinzona and 25 km from Locarno.

There is no direct car access.
