Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Montenegro

The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

A perfect stay. Cute quiet cottage surrounded by fruit trees, mountains and friendly neighbours.

We spent two nights in the cabin and were very satisfied. The house is a couple of minutes drive from Durmitor. The inside is very cozy and has everything you need: dishes, kitchen utensils, hygiene products, additional blankets, firewood for the grill, etc. It can be seen that the hosts take great care of their guests. We slept in early January and the house was warm thanks to the air conditioning and electric fireplace. The extra heater was in the shower room so the floor wasn't cold. There were no problems with the hot water. Separately, I want to note the perfect cleanliness. This is a wonderful place to relax!

An absolute disconnection stay, absolutely must do!!! The whole family is charming, the place is magical, in the heart of the mountains and the huge expanses of Montenegro. I highly recommend it!

Thank you for a great stay! The view is sublime. The location is central; several nice places are easily accessible (by bus). Nearby places to eat, supermarket for the much needed nearby. Especially the hospitality of Jelena and Nikolai was the icing on the cake. It started with a warm welcome. You can ask all your questions and tips, but also for a nice chat. We were allowed to taste the homemade "womens" and eventually "stronger" liqueur and this was shared extensively. We found a very nice addition to our stay. All in all, highly recommended for a nice, relaxed and cozy place! Thank you!

I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it was absolutely perfect down to the little touches of making up a baby cot. This is a beautiful property and definitely worth the little extra from a standard room! Thank you for being a lovely host.

Rustic Villa’s was the perfect winter break. The villa we stayed in had the most incredible view of the valley down toward Ulcinj and the sea. The property is located on an olive farm which is very private. The pool with BBQ area is amazing and would be perfect for a hot summer day. The villa itself has everything you need and is super clean. Upstairs the bedroom has a balcony perfect for morning coffee and croissants. The hot tub is huge and was a great way to relax after a long day of touring. It is recommended to have your own vehicle to get around and see Montenegro. Đona was great at giving us ideas of where to go and what we could do to celebrate New Years. Đona was one of the most amazing people we have ever met. It was like visiting family. He made our stay so comfortable and went out of his way to make us feel at home. From having lovely conversations over baklava and Raki, to enjoying an evening BBQ with snacks and wine. We could not have found a better place to stay!

This is a beautiful property with countless little touches that show it was crafted with care. The location was exactly what we were looking for—up in the hills above the sea, but not so far that it’s impractical to go down to sea level. The road up to the property is ~1.6 km long with an elevation gain of ~160 meters. The road is two lanes wide the entire length and easy enough to navigate. The property has 3 flights of stairs: 1 outdoors, and 2 more inside. The layout is 1 room per floor, which allows for more privacy within the house than you would have from a single-floor layout. The master bedroom on the top floor has a beautiful view of the sea and a luxurious bathroom with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The couch on the second floor is very large and very comfortable, and the kitchen on the bottom floor is very well equipped. Since there were only two of us, we did not use the second separate bedroom above the garage.

Amazing hosts, incredible stay! Staying at Marko and Anže’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were super comfy, which made it so easy to recharge and enjoy every moment of our trip. Anže and his girlfriend were the kind of hosts you hope for – always there with helpful tips, quick to respond, and so trusting, they really made us feel at home. Thanks to them, we had the best experience in Montenegro. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

My family, a total of 7 people stayed at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, a big terrace and a pool. The location is great, there are a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to shop or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We stayed for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were exchanged very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The host is always available, she helps with the slightest problem right away. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Beautiful villa in a very picturesque location; responsive and very helpful and friendly host; lots of help to organise airport transfers and beautiful boat trip; great restaurant recommendations; electrical storm effected electricity supply and this was sorted on the day with the minimum of fuss; any requests made (which were very few) were actioned within minutes; great communication whilst there-nothing too much trouble to ensure we had the best time I rarely leave reviews but credit where credits due-this villa is 'everything it says and more!' great value for the size of group we were and weather sensational

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We were 7 ladies on a weekend break away. Anastasia was so incredibly helpful before our arrival as I had lots of questions. She helped us to arrange a cosmetologist come to the villa. Tanya cooked us an amazing breakfast every day and we booked her for a BBQ which was amazing. They also helped us organise food from a nearby kitchen. The villa was clean and beautifully kept. We all felt very safe also. It had everything we needed. There is not one thing that we can say we didn’t like. Every single part was enjoyable. We shall we returning for another visit and we highly recommend this villa and host and all their staff. This is, hands down, the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Other reviewers have stated that this Airbnb was more of ‘an experience’ than simply just a place to stay, and I echo this. The wonderful hosts are incredibly respectful of your privacy whilst delivering highly personal and proactive hospitality. We visited during winter months, and the accommodation is built solidly, and easily withstood storms and high winds overnight. The hot tub was tended to by the hosts each morning and was always ready to go. The interior furnishings are well thought-out and very comfortable. We were able to access the property (despite the slightly ‘tricky’ access road) without any issues by using a standard hatchback-style rental car. Overall, a truly incredible service provided by a lovely host family, and a brilliant experience overall. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

Mykola was an excellent host, from the reservation until checkout. he was very responsive and checked in everyday to see if we needed anything, so much so that I mentioned a toaster would be perfect and that day we had a toaster. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. It has a nice Jacuzzi on the deck. We had everything we needed. The cottage is very private. We felt that we were the only ones there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. we stayed for 5 nights. Highly recommended.

Daria and Damir were absolutely amazing. Our drive up the mountain was much more challenging than expected due to it being night and rain (late flight). We had a lot of trouble because of this but our hosts made sure to help us anyway they could. Damir was even so kind to refuel our car! They were incredibly helpful and super sweet, absolutely lovely hosts! The accomodation is also just absolutely beautiful and a great cozy place to stay !
