Very good location to visit medieval villages, access Lake Bolsena, thermal baths and the center of Viterbo is 5 min away by car. It is also convenient to go to Rome and to Ostia Antica. The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, very clean, air-conditioned and the private terrace is well exposed and of good size. We particularly appreciated the attention of our host who wears delicious homemade pastries every morning. Also, when we arrived the fridge had been filled with drinks and we received a warm welcome. We highly recommend, very pleasant experience!

Cosy apartment with real fire

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

our stay at Giorgia's place was wonderful and located in a very nice and quiet area, the host's directions allowed us to easily find the apartment. We had a beautiful and carefree weekend surrounded by nature and animals and we were impressed by the beautiful view from the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful.

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. If I could give this home 10 stars I would! The house is beautiful, had everything we could ever need and was so comfortable for us with 5 adults and 2 kids! Paola was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful with things to do around Castelnuovo di Porto, even made us reservations for dinner at a local pizzeria which was delicious! She also made us an AMAZING cake and fresh eggs from her chickens. We were blown away by the entire experience. Thank you Paola! If we are ever to be able to come back to Italy, we will absolutely be staying here!

Choice for a visit to Rome, it turned out to be a great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. By car you can reach the Metro parking lots, we used the one of Tiburtina and in a few minutes we arrived at the Colosseum. Tidy loft and Per Friendly.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

Matteo's house was great to stay in. We found everything we needed inside. The location is beautiful and the grounds are large with lots to do. We enjoyed the short walk to Sutri and exploring the town.

Beautiful place, location far away from bus whereabouts, we felt right at home

The house is close to the village but nestled in the countryside, easily accessible from 2 points, both with a piece of dirt road, a shorter one, a longer one, both feasible going flat. The view of the surrounding hills and olive groves, the large pool, the outdoor areas, and the garden are really the highlight of the house, with many corners where you can sit to enjoy the shade or the sun. Even though there are some homes around, there is a lot of privacy and tranquility. The interior of the house is new, well-stocked, especially the kitchen; although the space is not large it is very well organized. Everything is fenced and there is ample space for parking inside. In short, I really recommend staying in this accommodation and in Sabina, an area that is still not very touristy but that offers a thousand natural, historical and gastronomic treasures to discover.

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

We had a wonderful few days at Sabina's place. The apartment was super equipped and had an excellent location. The communication with Sabina worked out very well and was totally friendly. She answered questions at all times and gave us recommendations for the area, open and helpful! We highly recommend the place and would gladly come back.

What can we say if not that we will definitely be back for a longer stay! Lorenza is kind and caring, the apartment is spacious, very clean, soft and fragrant sheets and towels and then the house is surrounded by greenery, in short, just as we imagine a little paradise! A lovely place to unplug your cell phone and forget about the outside world:)

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

I liked everything about this experience: the beauty of the village and its surroundings, the little house in the heart of the village, cozy and functional, the availability and kindness of Maurizio, the friendliness of the inhabitants. Highly recommended for those looking for itineraries off the bite and runaway consumer tourism routes.
