The location is perfect: within 10 minutes cycling in the cozy center of Doetinchem, within a few minutes walking in the nature reserve De Zumpert and within 5 minutes driving on the A12. In addition, very centrally located in the beautiful rural area of De Achterhoek.

Spacious house with Mediterranean garden

Spacious house with summer garden where you feel like you are in Ibiza. In a residential area, but with lots of greenery around the house. Lots of privacy. 1.5 km from the lively city centre and 3.5 km from the recreational lake Stroombroek. 2x women's bikes, 2x children's bikes (8 & 10 years) Please! It concerns our regular home, which we make available for rent during holidays. Therefore, our (private) belongings are in the cupboards. Cabinets are therefore (partly) closed.

Rustic enjoyment in the Achterhoek

This beautiful detached 2 under 1 roof house, 900m2 garden, private road, near the cozy Doetinchem (1.5 km to center) and 200m from the Kruisbergse forests. Meadows, horses, beautiful views, (sunset) it is nice to unwind (Private Sauna, swimming pool) and certainly also a playground for children, trampoline, swimming pool, very large garden, children can have a nice go. Fun side effect, feeding and cuddling the chickens and rabbits please :) In short, enjoyable!

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Spend the night in a creative environment

The studio (45 m2) is close to public transportation (NS) and the village center. You will love the place because of the location, the atmosphere, the spacious living space, the freely accessible large garden (5000m2) and the creative look. It is a good base for Arnhem (20 min. by train), history (Doesburg/'s Heerenberg) and forest (Montferland). More studios are available for rent on site as well as the studio. The space is best suited for single people.

Centrally located within the border area De Liemers and De Achterhoek. This studio is 290 metres away from Didam Train Station. Station Arnhem Velperpoort ( 17 minutes) and Doetinchem Centraal ( 12 minutes) are easily accessible. The supermarket is 100 metres away, and the pleasant centre of Didam is 200 metres away. The Guesthouse is available for temporary use. In all cases, you must have and maintain your principal residence elsewhere in the world.

Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house has a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via carport and driveway and charging points for electric cars are available.

Spacious cozy studio near the center of Doetinchem

Welcome in Izzy's spacious studio. The wood-burning stove heats the cosy large room. You can plop down in the sitting area, put on a record and unwind. For the evening meal, use your own kitchen and dinner at the base table. When the night falls, the four-poster bed will be ready for you. Slide the curtains closed and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. The next day, first the wood stove on and the area will be happy to invite you to a nice exploration!

The Grocery Store

The Grocery Store holiday home is a tastefully furnished and luxurious village house in Zeddam in Gelderland. This former grocery store dating from 1953 is renovated in style and has various authentic elements such as beamed ceilings. But, the modern luxury gadgets are not forgotten, such as glasfiber WiFi, 55" LED TV with cinema sound, free standing bathtub and rain shower. And yes, there is a real classic Fiat 600 in your living room :-)
