Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

The Cabane des Remparts

Small charming cottage for rent in a medieval village of Quercy. Breathtaking view facing south, peaceful hanging garden with private pool for the guest couple, fish pond, palm trees and terrace. three restaurants including a caterer in the village, a bakery and a supermarket… all within walking distance. We love to speack English;-) Attention: the pool opens at the beginning of June… consult me according to the weather to find out if it can be opened from 15 May:-)

On our plot we have 33 gites. Montfermier is a picturesque village in the sunny south of France located in the hilly part of the Tarn and Garonne. The village has 111 inhabitants and consists of 90% farmers. You can make beautiful walks. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

It is beautifully positioned on a rock, in the Bastide village of Flaugnac, allowing you to enjoy great views on to the valley below and the surrounding hills.
