28 m2 apartment completely renovated on the 1st floor of our house in a quiet area with 18 m² south-facing terrace, unobstructed view of the mountains. 1 room with equipped kitchenette, living room with TV, WiFi, sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and two bunk beds (90x190cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal accommodation for 2, possible for up to 4 people. Parking in private car park. 900 m from the city centre and train station.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

In the heart of the old town of Briançon (Cité Vauban) studio with a lot of charm, very comfortable, beautifully furnished. Accommodation with a lot of character, located near the collegiate church.
