In the middle of professional retraining, for several months already and prioritizing human contact, I decided to welcome you in this warm and authentic setting. Family, friends, athletes, bikers, be welcome! We are located in Briançon, in the Serre Chevalier valley at an altitude of 1,326 meters at the confluence of 5 valleys. We are both close to all amenities (city center 500 m away, train station 800 m away) and at the start of many hiking and mountain biking.

Direct access (50m) to the main ski lift Les Chalmettes. 100m from La Durancia with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, hamam, massages, restaurant. Downhill mountain bikes, walks, tennis courts, golf, hook-up, are all within a 2-minute walk. Also very close to the center of the village. Private sauna, 2nd living room with home cinema and Netflix.

The apartment « Le Serre d’Or » is located right by the Serre Chevalier Chantemerle ski lifts. It includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine: ideal for 6 guests. A single bed can be added in the living room. The open kitchen, the south facing balcony with a view on the mountain, the ski/bike locker and the free access to the residence’s swimming pool (open from December to April and in July and August) will ensure a very comfortable stay.
