Independent studio, with its own entrance and exit, in the garage of a detached house on the hillsides and very close to the village of Castanet-Tolosan, at the end of a private road. Parking is available in front of the house. Welcome and key exchange by the family. 25 m2, very clean, with everything you need to rest, cook, work… 15-minute walk to the center of Castanet with shops, restaurants, small cinema. Bus stop at the bottom of the road to reach Ramonville metro station.

Furnished tourist house rated 4****, fully equipped for a quiet and serene furnished rental; air conditioning, bioclimatic pergola, equipped kitchen, office area with internet and Wi-Fi (fiber), living room and dining room... the entire living space opens onto a terrace and a garden that is not overlooked.
