Beautiful Villa in Javea

Have fun This beautiful south-facing Spanish villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A spacious living room and kitchen. As it is a Spanish house, it is nice and cool in summer. Two bedrooms face north. The tower room is located in the south, but is equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom en suite also has air conditioning. But of course the garden is much more important, a garden with different places to relax. The pool is 5 by 10 meters.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
