Monthly Rentals in Montgomery

I booked this listing for a colleague traveling from abroad. This apartment was in a great location with plenty of restaurants that are within walking distance. Very cute and homey apartment. It was definitely an added bonus to have a parking spot in a garage. I will most likely recommend this listing for others new to the area. Thanks again Tiya for the flexibility of extending the stay an extra couple days!

One of the nicest & cleanest places that my family has stayed at! The kitchen's fully stocked w/essentials, condiments & extras than your avg Airbnb. It's kid friendly w/children's utensils, plates, bowls, sippy cup & step stool, that our 6 y.o. son happily utilized. The unit looks nicer in person & had everything we needed to make us feel comfy during our stay, which is nice cause I'll forget a few items. (I wish more Airbnbs had the same standards as Shy's.) The cafe below has good food & coffee. Note: On the weekend mornings you can hear the cafe bustling below. There are parking spots behind the bldg & an overflow lot. It's a safe neighborhood & walking distance to a UDF gas station/ convenient store. There isn't a central heating/cooling, so the temp isn't consistent. You'll need to keep the air purifier running at mid speed or you'll notice a musty smell when you return, if it was warmer that day. We def recommend Shy's place & look forward to returning if we're ever in the area!

We've stayed at Perch Farm many times while visiting friends in and around Cincinnati, OH and we always have a perfect stay. Nicci is so nice and the farm really is beautiful. Plus, farm fresh eggs for breakfast every day. Yes, please! We highly recommend!

Robin and Jeff are great host. I would recommend them to anyone. If ever back in Cincinnati I will definitely look at staying with them again!!
