It is not a converted cellar but a real dwelling carved out of the hillside and inhabited for more than three centuries. La grange de Jean

Located in Thésée, 17 km from Beauval Zoo, in a quiet and peaceful environment, the "La Grange de Jean" gîte can accommodate up to 10 people. You will stay in a fully renovated old barn with awning, with 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. A large (unfenced) plot of land extends between vineyard and forest. Please note, bed sheets, towels and cleaning fee are not included in the price.

We are happy to provide additional ideas for things to see. From September 2024, we will be charging an additional €7/day for guests travelling by electric car (payable during the stay). On its wooded plot open to nature, you will fully enjoy a heated swimming pool accessible from spring break until All Saints' Day, a petanque court and a pond with landscaped surroundings.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
