Welcome to Mill de la Motte Baudoin Mill by the Mill Baudoin! This old windmill from the late 19th century, is perched on its rocky promontory and will surprise you with its breathtaking view of the valley as well as the Château de Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher. The mill is spread over 3 levels and a mezzanine. On the ground floor, you have a small kitchen equipped with a wood stove, on the 1st, the bathroom takes place, on the second, the bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and finally a mezzanine under attic.

Charming cottage for this old 17th century windmill tastefully restored, built on a large fenced garden and decorated with a shaded terrace. In the building, you will find the entrance-kitchen on the ground floor (including, among other things, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, Senseo coffee machine). On the first floor, a pleasant living room (large screen TV and sofa bed), then a master bedroom on the second floor, with toilet and shower area.

It consists of: a kitchen open to the living room with sofa bed 2 beds, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, microwave. A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a bedroom with 160 bed. (possibility of baby bed). Pretty terrace at your disposal. Check-in 5:00 p.m. check-out before 10:00 a.m.

Situé dans un hameau calme, le gîte est à 20 minutes du zoo et proche de Montrichard. Au centre des châteaux et d'autres très beaux sites. Nous ne manquons pas de donner des idées supplémentaires de visites. A compter de septembre 2024, nous demandons un supplément de 7€/jour pour les voyageurs en voiture électrique. It is the calm of a detached house, located less than 30 minutes from the most prestigious castles of the Loire and Beauval Zoo The cottage with private entrance on the ground floor has a living room, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor) and 2 upstairs), 2 bathrooms. There is a private heated pool from May 1 to October 15 (4x3 x1.40), no one overlooks the cottage and disturbs its tranquility............

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it.
