Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Cosy little house in Montignoso, ideal for a couple, just 3 km from the sea and 5 minutes from Forte dei Marmi. 1 hour from the Cinque Terre and 30 minutes from Pisa Airport. Area served by restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, the local health authority and the OPA Heart Hospital (950 m). Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a new bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a 50" Smart TV, a washing machine and a heater. Pets allowed. On-street parking. Smoking and parties are prohibited. Tidiness, cleanliness and silence are required after 11 pm.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. Sometimes, on request, I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Ca 'Luni B&B is structured on two levels, on the upper floor we have two double and one triple rooms, on the upper floor you will find a large living room with a wonderful view of the valley, access to the garden and pool is next to the main entrance. Breakfast is provided every morning on the kitchen terrace accompanied by the wonderful sound of the river We are open to any guest needs or requests, just ask!

Nara Apartment

The Nara apartment is located in the very centre of Pietrasanta, the little Athens of Versilia, in one of the few streets that is mainly residential, and therefore quiet and private. 
 Located just 100 metres from Piazza Duomo, the apartment is very close to the city's main restaurants, shops and art galleries. The sea and the Parco della Versiliana can be reached in a few minutes by bike.

Il Melograno, nature and culture in Riomaggiore

The rooms, located on the second floor of a house from the 1700s, with a separate entrance, offer a wonderful view. Provided: safe in each room, TV, mosquito nets and awning, tea and coffee corner and relaxation corner in the garden under the house. Cleaning and sanitizing - every two days - with antivirus protocol products registered in the posted sheet. Linens changed midweek.

Casa Marilena

Accommodation taxes are included in the price. Bath towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen is changed every week. Every 3 days, with the guest's permission, I check if anything is missing for breakfast and tidy up the apartment.
