Located at the northern foot of the Butte Montmartre, it is on the 1st floor of a beautiful Haussmannian building. It is not lacking in light or calm because it faces a cul-de-sac with stairs (of the Butte) which you will enjoy thanks to the double living room. There is a village atmosphere, close to all the shops of the 18th arrondissement Town Hall. Bars and restaurants but also theaters and cinemas within walking distance, your Metro station will be Jules Joffrin or Lamarck Caulaincourt.

Located equidistant from Simplon station (L4) and Jules Joffrin (12), the accommodation is also a 20-minute walk from Montmartre.

This 55 m2 apartment with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace is located on the 6th floor between Boulevard Haussmann and Avenue des Champs Elysées. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size bed overlooking the terrace and a living/dining room with sofa bed, very bright with modern décor. The bathroom with toilet is very functional. Guests can fully enjoy the south-facing terrace to relax, eat and even have a barbecue!!

Small bright studio in the heart of Paris

This small studio is warm and filled with lots of little bits of history. It is quite central, bright overlooking the rooftops of Paris and optimized with a double bed that rises to the ceiling. It has all the amenities because it is inhabited outside of rental periods and I leave the basics for cooking, hygiene, wifi, etc. Passionate about theater, sports and culture, I would be happy to recommend a place or a play to see.

The building is 8 minutes-walk away from Montmartre & Sacré-Coeur. Metro (lines 2 & 4) is literally in front of the building.

Very nice and typical apartment, 60 m2, last floor with elevator, fully equipped In the Marais near Carreau du Temple et rue de Bretagne. Nice view on the sky and sunsets. Charm, calm and light .Visit the historic centers of Paris and its shops, bars, restaurants, museums and terraces. 2 bedrooms (one for one person bed (90x200cm)and the other with bed 160x200cm).

6 th floor with elevator, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a sofa in the living room (5 places), a fireplace and bathroom. Bright and near the Sacré Coeur and the Moulin Rouge my flat is calm, sweet and original, in the heart of an area full of bars and restaurants.
