My accommodation is close to the beaches of Lake Annecy and to the ski resorts. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate it for its tranquillity, its view of the mountains and the valley, and its outdoor terrace with barbecue. The location is ideal for those who enjoy cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding and swimming, and in winter for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing or ski touring, and snowshoeing... Working from home is made easier by a fast Wi-Fi connection (fibre).

Great cottage for a stay for 2.

Quiet chalet of 16 m2 on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, a recognized place for paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The chalet is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my accommodation located a few meters from the chalet. A small dining area is available in the cottage. The wifi is sometimes a little capricious, no worries for 4G.

In a quiet and charming village in the Chamonix Valley, our chalet is south-facing with views of Mont Blanc. All mountain recreation is accessible in winter and summer within 15 minutes. The larch chalet has all modern comforts with its stove and the gentle warmth of underfloor heating. The modern kitchen is open to the warm and sunny living room. 4 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms with bathroom, 1 bedroom for 1 couple and 1 bedroom for 3 people.

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
