Cosy chalet for 2 in the Annecy mountains

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Rated as a 4* tourist gîte in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, bathtub for 2 people, huge walk-in shower... On the ground floor of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (La Clusaz ski link), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the chalet above, but the gîte is completely independent and has no common areas with other guests or with the hosts. Parking for 2 cars. Optional cleaning service available, payable on site: €30.

Located in Alex, 6 km from Menthon St Bernard (which offers beaches, shops, restaurants, cycle path, bike rental, pedal boats), 15 minutes from the Planfait paragliding site (Talloires) and 13 km from Annecy, the Venice of the Alps.

You will love the place for its exceptional view, its large spaces, quietness and the multiple activities you can practice on site (skiing, para-gliding, biking, sailing, walking, fishing, ....) Thanks to its very numerous beds, it is ideal for a whole family additionnal inflated beds and hamacs availables if necessary :)

Various activities to discover nearby: Lake Annecy and its nature reserve, the caves and waterfalls of Seythenex, paragliding, canyoning, golf in Talloires, hiking, 2 minutes from the Col de la Forclaz, with restaurants and family ski resort. Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a timeless break. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, surrounded by nature. At an altitude of 800 m, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the Aravis ski resorts (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Magnificent views of the mountains! My house is ideally located for water sports and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxing and admiring the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
