Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Chalet with 2 independent apartments ideally located in the village "Le Bois" at the massive foot of the Tournette. In a very quiet, relaxing setting. Sleeps 4 with a BBQ area in the garden. Close to amenities: 6 km from Talloires-centre & lake, 20 min Annecy. 3 spaces to welcome you: Le Fenil (apt 4/6P), Le Mazot (chalet 2/4P), Le Solaret (apt 2/4 pers - PMR). Small chalet at the foot of the mountains

Small cottage in the charming village of Dingy Saint Clair, between lake and mountain at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, close to a small river. The surroundings will delight athletes with its activities, as well as couples and families who love nature and tranquility. The village is ideally located, 15 minutes from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from the city center and 30 minutes from the Aravis resorts, and from the trails that lead to the surrounding mountains.

"Les chardons" cozy studio with mezzanine.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"
