Very peaceful 42 m² cottage located in the middle of the mountains, ideal for relaxation. Annecy North tollbooth 15 minutes away. You can enjoy the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand 20 km away, Lake Annecy 9 km away, and Thônes with its market 9 km away. Mountain hiking, walking and mountain biking on site. Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Welcome to Corti de Ponnay Family place hanging on the mountain with stunning views, quiet, ideal for nature lovers... Close to amenities: 6 km from Talloires-centre & lake, 20 min Annecy. 3 spaces to welcome you: Le Fenil (apt 4/6P), Le Mazot (chalet 2/4P), Le Solaret (apt 2/4 pers - PMR). "Les chardons" cozy studio with mezzanine.

The studio is attached to our home, an old renovated farmhouse, at an altitude of 1250 m. In the heart of the Aravis with an exceptional panorama, it is the starting point for splendid hikes. Ideally located between La Clusaz and Megève, it comfortably accommodates 2 people. La Giettaz is a typical Savoyard village that has kept its authenticity with its active farms and beautiful chalets. 3.5 km from access to the Megève ski area "the gates of Mont-Blanc"
