Welcome to Corti de Ponnay Family place clinging to the mountain with breathtaking views, quiet, ideal for nature lovers... Close to amenities: 6 km from Talloires-center & lake, 20 min to Annecy. 3 spaces to welcome you: Le Fenil (apt 4/6P), Le Mazot (chalet 2/4P), Le Solaret (apt 2/4 pers - PMR). I live there and am here to answer you. Place driven by eco-construction project & "fruity and aromatic" farm, sharing, simplicity and respect for the environment. Great cottage for a stay for 2.

Quiet chalet of 16 m2 on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, a recognized place for paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The chalet is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my accommodation located a few meters from the chalet. A small dining area is available in the cottage. The wifi is sometimes a little capricious, no worries for 4G.

We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Unique Tiny house - Preserved area Authentic 18th century Savoyard attic renovated into charming accommodation. Calm, well-being and great comfort in a preserved environment of pastures and forest. Panoramic view of the Aravis mountains (5 km from La Clusaz and Grand Bornand resorts). 2 km from the center of the village (all shops & services available). Ideally located between Lake (Annecy / Léman) and mountains, you will appreciate the tranquility and the beauty of the mountain landscapes.

A peaceful oasis a few kilometers from Lake Annecy and the Aravis resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand...). Located in Alex, 6 km from Menthon St Bernard (which offers beaches, shops, restaurants, cycle path, bike rental, pedal boats), 15 minutes from the Planfait paragliding site (Talloires) and 13 km from Annecy, the Venice of the Alps.

Between Lac et Mountains, we are located between Annecy & Thones, 3km from the lac, 15 km from ski slopes ( La Clusaz, Manigod, Le Grand Bornand). You will love the place for its exceptional view, its large spaces, quietness and the multiple activities you can practice on site (skiing, para-gliding, biking, sailing, walking, fishing, ....) Thanks to its very numerous beds, it is ideal for a whole family additionnal inflated beds and hamacs availables if necessary :)

Chalet at the foot of the mountains

Chalet with 2 independent apartments ideally located in the village "Le Bois" at the massive foot of the Tournette. In a very quiet, relaxing setting. Sleeps 4 with a BBQ area in the garden. Various activities to discover nearby: Lake Annecy and its nature reserve, the caves and waterfalls of Seythenex, paragliding, canyoning, golf in Talloires, hiking, 2 minutes from the Col de la Forclaz, with restaurants and family ski resort. Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a timeless break. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, surrounded by nature. At an altitude of 800 m, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). An ideal base for hiking, skiing, cycling or simply reconnecting in a quiet and rejuvenating setting. Here, luxury is nature, here we slow down, we reconnect

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.
