Holiday rentals with lake access in Montmorency

This is a great apartment, really spacious. We were 3 people but it is big enough for 6. It’s easy enough to get into Paris on the RER & if you want to get an Uber back at night it’s quite quick and reasonable at approx €21-26, but it does take a bit longer & is more expensive at peak times so it’s worth using the RER - it’s easy to download a digital Navigo pass on the IDR website and then scan in with your phone. There are stores & bakeries nearby but we didn’t try the local restaurants so can’t comment on those. We used it as a base for exploring Paris and Versailles & were out all day - it worked well as it’s nice to come back to such a comfortable apartment - lots of space inside and out and very helpful hosts. The studio is small but well arranged and nicely decorated. We were hosted well by Samira and communication with her was pleasant, she always responded very quickly especially when we arrived which is very much appreciated

We stayed at the accommodation with 10 people. We would also agree with the hosts that the accommodation is generally suitable for 9 people. Here's what to know: The house is quite audible. If everyone has a similar rhythm, that's not a problem. It would be nice to hang and put clothes in all rooms. In 2 rooms, only one was possible. Amenities are generally as described. Nice kitchen, enough dishes, comfortable beds, good location. Caroline always responded very quickly (max. 15 minutes), was very solution-oriented and always very friendly😀 Thanks for that!🫶🏽

Following these few days spent with you, it seemed essential to me to take the time to thank you one last time for your hospitality and generosity. Thanks to you, we had a great time.

A very nice house with all the necessary equipment for a family stay. Nearby shops, a bakery, a butcher, a pharmacy and a very nice wine cellar. We visited the Château de Chantilly and Parc Asterix.

This is a wonderful location need shops and restaurants. Uber rides were only 20 to 30 min from the major attractions. Highly recommend for families.

Very good stay with Clément, he was responsive to any questions I may have, which is very nice:) On the other hand, the accommodation is functional, well-equipped and clean! I would this place without hesitation 👍🏻

The apartment is very well located, close to the center of Enghien-Les-Bains, the train station and the lake. No need to take the car! It has the charm of the old with hardwood floors, high ceilings. I recommend it!

Apartment with a very good value for money if you look at the rest of the accommodations in Paris. There is quite a bit of space so perfect for long stays. Well equipped. 10min walk from the subway. That was perfect, thank you. We recommend

We had a great time at Barbara's place, there was everything to be happy in a very quiet and pleasant little corner of the countryside. Our hostess was always kind and responsive to ensure that the stay went smoothly. We can only highly recommend this little piece of paradise by the fire which is ideal for a retreat outside the big cities.

I would highly recommend, The place is accessible, the welcome is warm, everything is clean and spotless. I had a good time and am satisfied. I'll go back.

A lovely house in a beautiful setting in the middle of the woods. Our kids loved the pond with boat. Juana and Eric live across the street so help if needed. Recommended.

Great weekend in Adrien's little cottage! Perfect for strolling and resting! Adrien is very available and friendly!
