Jardin Acoustique is designed for long outdoor days and warm, unhurried evenings under open skies. Historic stone walls surround floodlit gardens, a private, peaceful setting. Two covered dining terraces — an 80m² sail-shaded Grand Terrace, and classic terracotta tiled lunch terrace. A 10 × 5 m Roman-end pool sits at the heart of the gardens. Inside, exposed beams, thick stone walls and Smeg appliances combine character with comfort. 2026 is our 5th summer on Airbnb, with prices held from 2025.

Petit Blanc was once part of the old wine chai at Maison Guillaume Blanc. Full of character, this 'rustic-chic' living space is set in over three acres of tranquil parkland with beautiful vineyard views. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The walnut tree is our beautiful, comfortable gite. Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Launderette facilities available in the village.

Take the time to discover our beautiful lively region. Both far and quite close to the activity of the cities, our house is halfway between Saint-Emilion and Bergerac (30 minutes). It takes 1 hour to reach Bordeaux or Périgueux by car. The train is a short drive from the property.
