Charming 55 m2 village house with outdoor area located in Montréal, 14 min from Carcassonne and 20 min from the medieval city. Cozy and comfortable house thanks to air conditioning. It is located in the heart of the village close to shops (bakery, general food, gas station, bar, tobacco, newspapers, wine producer, pizzeria, traditional restaurant, municipal swimming pool, media library, hairdressing...). Village with superb views of the Pyrenees and the Black Mountain as well as the collegiate church.

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. There is a wood-burning stove for the winter. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

We offer a 60 m2 cottage with electric radiators upstairs and a pellet stove in the living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. TV and free Wi-Fi, fully equipped separate kitchen. Linens are provided and beds are made. Outside, a terrace is available for your use.
