Monthly Rentals in Montréal-Est

My stay at Tony’s was exactly what that I needed. I can’t recommend enough if you’re staying for a medium duration stay. I stayed for 1 and a half months at Tony’s and can only say good things. The space matches the description perfectly. The room, washroom, and kitchennette allowed me to do my life with virtually no restrictions. I cooked nearly every day, so the kitchennette’s utensils are enough for an independent daily living. Tony is super responsive, friendly, and ready to help in any situation. The family with whom I shared the shared spaces is great, too. They hit the perfect balance: nice, friendly, and helpful, while being sure to respect your privacy, your space, and your time. Great shared flat experience. I would come back 10/10.

I loved staying in this space, which, to my surprise, was larger than I expected. The place was clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. We stayed for almost a month, and during this time, Simon and Audrey were responsive and very nice. The apartment is about 10 minutes by bike to the Botanical Garden (a beautiful and well-worth place to visit), which supermarket is close by, parks, and a nice coffee shop. We recommend the space and wish our host all the best.

When we arrived we had some issues with cleanliness, we talked with Dac and he sent someone immediately to fix these issues. Dac has always been that much responsive. When the weather started to get cold, he checked with us about how to use the heating system. The unit is in the first floor of a two story building. The interior seems to have been recently renovated. We have enjoyed the large balcony in the back of the building equipped with chairs, etc, surrounded by flowers, trees, squirrels and birds. It is a safe and quiet area with friendly neighbors, ideal to get a good rest. We have enjoyed very much our stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The place was beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful. It was very clean and had everything listed in the description. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Also, Chocco is an excellent and very helpful host. I highly recommend this place!
