This 300 sq m. villa can welcome up to 8 guests. It offers all the high end services you might dream of. Located 5 min. from the town center, into a protected park, it offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including downstairs, a stunning kitchen with stone sink, central worktop, large traditionnal cooker, a huge fridge and a back kitchen for supplies. Outside, a huge swimming pool ( 2,40 m depth!!), an equipped summer kitchen and a covered terrace will convince you that happiness is not so far.

The "Villa au petit bonheur" is a quiet hamlet house, completely renovated, 10 min from Nérac and Condom, and 35 min from Agen. Private heated pool, shaded terrace under pergola with garden furniture, BBQ, ping-pong, darts, petanque court... It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bunk beds for max 8/10 people. A perfect location to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the amenities of the surrounding tourist towns and villages.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

Located near Condom with all its amenities (shops, pharmacy, doctors), the Colombard cottage is the perfect place to discover Gascony. This 75 m² fully renovated accommodation, adjoining the owners' house, is equipped with all comforts (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher). On site, board games, books and toys for family fun. You will enjoy the private garden with terrace, surrounded by fields and vines. Quiet awaits you.
