We have transformed a former paint shop into a contemporary and welcoming space, combining historic charm with modernity. Every detail has been thought through to ensure you have an unforgettable experience, whether it’s for a romantic getaway, a holiday with friends, or a business trip.

Charming cottage located in the middle of 12 hectares of nature, between meadows and forest, where you can stroll and observe the animals. A quiet and relaxing place. A stone house that stays cool day and night. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir valley. From the gîte, you can visit beautiful villages along the river via the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, and the farm is located 3 minutes from the cottage, so you can come and pick up your bread.

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

Authentic Perche family home

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Its other asset is being 30 minutes from Le Mans and its automobile circuit. It is a haven of greenery with its large wooded garden and not overlooked. Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
