A house with character in the heart of a 45-hectare park

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Manoir de Buis

In Buis, discover buildings that are several hundred years old nestled in the middle of 15 hectares of woods and orchards. The luxury of this place lies in the quality of the environment, the space to feel at home. The buildings are surrounded by lawns, woods and orchards, which guarantee calm but even more so because we manage this operation ourselves without any treatment products, without fertilizers, without glyphosate. Booking for 2 people, an optional extra bed (€30/night).

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 cot beds available on request).

Charming cottage in the vineyards overlooking the valley

Beautiful gîte located in the middle of 12 ha of nature, between meadows and forest to stroll and observe the animals, quiet and relaxing place. The cottage is located in the Jasnières vineyard with a magnificent view of the Loir Valley. From the cottage, you can visit beautiful villages by the river by the greenway. We are farmer-bakers, the farm is located 3 minutes from the gîte, you can pick up your bread at the farm and taste wine at our winegrower friends.

Its other asset is being 30 minutes from Le Mans and its automobile circuit. It is a haven of greenery with its large wooded garden and not overlooked. Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Ideal for fishermen. Located 1 km from the center, two electric bikes are available. Perfect for two people, two others can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable. A boat with electric motor, two kayaks and a paddleboard are also available. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, piano, guitar, everything is there to spend a pleasant weekend or a nice vacation.
