Ideally located in lower Montreuil/Vincennes limit, very close to Paris, and very well served by transport: RER A Vincennes, metro line 1 Bérault, and line 9 Croix de Chavaux & Robespierre. Paris's electric bikes for rent in front of the house. The accommodation does not have facilities suitable for wheelchairs. Parties are forbidden. No smoking.

The small yellow house at the bottom of the garden: independent access, it is located at the bottom of our garden, a haven of greenery and freshness in summer. It consists of a kitchen and dining area, a large open bedroom/living room and a recently refurbished bathroom/toilet. We are located below the Parc des Beaumonts, an 8-minute walk from the Croix de Chavaux or Mairie de Montreuil metro stations on metro line 9. Paris is very close, Montreuillois bars and restaurants too!!
